Gratitude allows you to focus on whats working and when you focus on whats working more things continue to work out in your favor. It truly is miraculous. This weekend I challenge you to use gratitude to shift your perceptions.
So instead of being annoyed at the traffic be grateful for a car, a functioning car, a job to go to, a home to drive to, a beautiful family to go home to, etc. etc. etc.

Suddenly the traffic will not seem so bad and your shift in perception has opened the door to miracles.

Spirituality to the Rescue….


All Spiritual practice is the art of shifting perspectives -Teal Can anyone relate to ever feeling blah and unmotivated? This is a sign that a shift is perspective is necessary: if How is the question then Spiritual Practice is the answer. First Id suggest you create a spiritual toolbox (mine consist of prayer, meditation, reading, walks / exercise, gratitude lists, yoga and journaling).
The next time you’re feeling blah and unmotivated dip in your spiritual toolbox and get to work. When you change your mind / perspective you change your life spiritual practice is key 🙂
